Working in the College & Textbook Department, I designed a book cover, handouts, advertisements, merchandise, and other distribution materials required to sustain sales and branding for the international book publisher.
The fourth edition of Media Politics focuses on topics such as social media as a source of political news, the shift from printed newspapers to websites, & media politics in the Trump era.
The editor and author requested a cover illustration that visually illustrates the interconnection of social / digital media and government.
Norton's appreciation for literary geniuses can be clearly seen in their choice of merchandise.
Given five quotes from different authors, I was asked to interpret the quotes and illustrate visual representations to be placed onto cork coasters.

Often given a concept and a textbook, I was asked to produce postcards that were distributed by WW Norton representatives to universities across the world to advertise upcoming texts.
This generally led to illustration and copywriting.
