University of Southern California: KSA

University of Southern California's Keck School of Medicine required a visual rebranding of their student ambassador organization: Keck Student Ambassadors (or "KSA"). I was contracted to design a logo for the students as well as a Graphics Standard Guide.

The idea behind the logo was to create something representative of the academic prestige that the Keck School of Medicine has in the world of academia while simultaneously bringing a sense of modernity to the historical school's visual identity.

Then, of course, there had to be a very visible form of pride for the University.

After designing the main logo, the goal was then to design an "Identity System".

Every visual representation should have variations that are easily recognizable, yet as versatile as possible.

As a result, the student organization now has a plethora of options to utilize for their own branding purposes. Each variation is easily recognizable and can exist on apparel, signs, and other merchandize.

Laid out below is the Graphics Standards Guide created to assist the organization with usage of the logo, as well as orgnization identity.
